Terms and Conditions

Negritas Policy

All transactions are considered final and non-refundable.

Items on sale are considered final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Items on sale do not include a bag.

We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is deemed faulty by Negritas. 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Colors may vary due to screen resolution.

Negritas is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. 

Negritas is not liable for any delays caused by the courier. Transit times only serve as a guide.

Tagging us via our social media accounts (FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM) serves as an implied consent that NEGRITAS can repost said photo(s) in our social media accounts and/or website.  

 

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are not accepted however we DO accept SIZE EXCHANGE after 7 days after the shipment date.

  • By returning the merchandise, the customer agrees to pay for additional courier fees.

  • Negritas has the right to DENY size exchange if the merchandise is not returned in its original condition (not worn, altered, washed and all labels/tags are still intact including the hygiene seal)

  • Once the return has been provided, the customer has 2 days to mail the package back. After 2 days, this will no longer be valid for exchange and will be immediately returned once the customer has paid for the courier fees incurred.  

 
RETURN PROCESS
  • Simply send an email with your ORDER NUMBER and the size you wish to exchange it to. 
  • Please mail back the swimmie in its original plastic along with the Returns form but do not mail back the beach bag or the packaging box within 2 days after the receipt of the RA.
  • You can schedule for a pick up via XEND or whichever courier you prefer.
  • Please provide us with the tracking number from the courier.
  • You will receive an email as soon as we receive you items, and when refund is approved.
  • If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange.

 

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

  • Please email us your order number and a photo at negritasph@gmail.com.
  • Schedule a pick up via XEND.COM.PH and email us the tracking number.
  • We'll send a replacement or a full refund right away.
