All orders placed on a Friday past 6pm will be shipped out on Tuesday the following week.

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.  

Example: 

Order placed at 5pm Monday, this will be shipped out on Tuesday. 

Order placed at 6:01pm Monday, will be shipped out on Wednesday.

SAME DAY DELIVERY (on request) via Lalamove App

• Download Lalamove from the Appstore.
• Our warehouse is in Quezon City, we will provide you with the details as soon as we have confirmed your payment. 
• Cut off is at 9am. Pick up is only between 2pm-7pm, Tuesdays to Fridays. 
• Customer is responsible for scheduling the pickup. 
• Customer shall pay the driver directly.
• Please wait for our confirmation email before sending someone to the warehouse. 
• Only available from Tuesday-Friday, not including Holidays. 

International orders will be shipped via DHL.
